Contacted True North Marine for a boat transport quote and Vito got back to me the same day. Quote was well below competitors. Vito arrived for transport on time and with good quality transport equipment. Boat was safely removed from Lake George and properly secured on a three axle trailer for transport to Lake Winnipesaukee. Vito kept me informed of his progress as he transported the boat. Boat arrived same day at Lake Winnipesaukee in excellent condition and was properly launched. Overall great experience with True North Marine.

Eddy was a great pleasure to work with. I originally booked my shipment to be picked up at a certain date. The boat wasn’t ready to ship until a month later. Eddy worked with the broker to schedule the pickup when the sale was final. He personally went to the boat at the seller’s home and drove the boat to a ramp to load on the trailer. I’m over the moon about my experience dealing with True North Marine/Eddie .I had to go back in and leave another review I left out some Key things in my first review. it’s just a great experience dealing with that team. Eddie is a very hospital guyI just kind of does whatever you ask and will go out of his way to get it done. I referred another boating customer to him with a 30 footer. And we’re trying to get him two manufactures . You cannot ask for better service if you want your boat transported 18,000 pounds or less truenorth and Eddie is the way to go.

We asked Eddy to transport our 28’ cruiser from our old marina where it was stored to our new location 500 miles away. His price was nearly half of some of his competitors. Eddy’s small business and can do approach was fantastic. We set up a schedule of pick-up and delivery times and, even though he had 400 miles to drive to pick up the boat and 500 miles to deliver, he was exactly on time at both ends. We weren’t even there for the pick up, but Eddy and our former marina manager worked together to drop the boat on the trailer, secure it, and get Eddy on his way. He then arrived promptly the next day and even put the boat in the water. Eddy is very friendly, easy to work with and even pointed out a couple of potential issues that he had noticed during transport. He was extremely helpful in setting up a showing and survey, and even put me in touch with a great finance company.
